 Chef Edward Carew introduces Modern-American cuisine with seasonally inspired culinary offerings in his bespoke menu at Le Caprice New York.

Le Caprice is located at the Pierre Hotel on Fifth Avenue overlooking Central Park.

The dining room re-captures the pop-chic of the original London brasserie with a series of photographs depicting the original sixties super model Jean Shrimpton shot in 1962 by David Bailey in New York.

We serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, seven days a week, with bar dining and cocktails available from midday. Weekend brunch from 11.30am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday.
