Taking up residence in the extensively renovated Pierre, this London export has elicited a faithful following among the city's elite. The cutting-edge brasserie setting renders a bar area that is generous in length and comfort; and an art deco dining room, that is at once resplendent and dramatic with sparkling chrome fixtures and encased in gleaming black and white marble.

The menu offers straightforward cuisine marked by excellent product, and even a few of the English classics manage to shine through. Fish and chips, a tough find in this town, is made exquisite and upscale with pristine cod fillets cloaked in a featherlight golden batter and accompanied by mint-flecked mushy peas, decadent tartar sauce and a side of excellent fries (chips).
